Nancy was born in Buffalo, New York, daughter of a dairy farmer. At the tender age of 19, Nancy was discovered by the hot shot agent, David Brown, to model in Italy. After numerous editorials and fashion shows she caught the eye of commercial director, Peter Smillie to do her first commercial film. After doing numerous commercials in Europe, she returned to New York City where she was cast in Species II (1998), which resulted in her being cast in television and independent films. She now resides in Los Angeles. Nancy has just returned from New York where she worked with the talented Jane Campion, whose known for "The Piano", "Sisters" and "Holy Smoke".
